โ โ โ โ โ The best pharmacy I've ever went. The staffs r just friendly. And they assist us as possible as they can. They even update if the medicine I've look out in stock or not. I am satisfied with the service and the staffs. Keep it up guys .

โ โ โ โ โ Theres one staff who is seriously rude. Theres one incident happen to me on monday 14th of september happen around 7 pm, where I purchase something for rm 5 at the store. I gave rm 20. And the cashier tought i gave rm 10. She gave back my balance rm 5 while she supposed to give me back rm 15. Knowing that there might be a mistake I politely notify her. To my surprise she started to raise her voise as she tought that i accused her of stealing the money. Where as my intend is actually to notify her. She raise her voice at me infront of the counter. And started to explain that she did not steal the rm 10 and insist that she can pay me rm 10 easily. Actually i dont mind about the money. My biggest concern is about her attitude and manners in handling this situation. I dont even care about the money but her attitude is what brought me to give this stores one star. After that i left the store and stay put for a while to think about the incident. To my surprise she even came out of the store to look for me. She apologised to me but her way of apologizing is like I am the wrong one. She insisted that she can pay me easily rm 10. To me that is not the case.. her attitude is way beyond a front desk cashier should behave. However i have already reported this matter to the pharmacy incharge as the pharmacy said the supervisor is not available on that day. I seriuosly hope that pharmacy aa ampang point management team can take serious action regarding this matter as i am very disappointed with this matter.
Edited: the owner have called me to apologised as they check with the cctv in the store their cashier make mistake. It is confirmed that i gave the cashier rm 20. And the cashier involved have been sent for 2 weeks customer service course. Tq to the pharmacist miss collin who assisted me regarding this matter and the owner, mr bryan for taking fast action.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are friendly and have sound knowledge of their products. The pharmacists are very professional. The environment is casual and easy. Prices are very reasonable and plenty of choices. Two parking lots are reserved for customers. So far I've always gotten what I was looking for. Excellent choice for shopping of medicine & suppliment.

โ โ โ โ โ This pharmacy has everything that you need from medicine and self care, and their pharmacist are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also their prices are always the lowest comparing to any other pharmacy. If there is a medicine that I canโt find I definitely always will find it there.

โ โ โ โ โ Just wanted to buy the rapid covid test kit and the cashier insist i give my ic number and personal mobile. I refused of course, as its not presciption meds. Your company better stop asking for such things else you will drive away customers. I went next door and they are like a normal pharmacy and didnt ask for such personal info. Ridiculous
