★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and very rude pharmacists. I've been a customer here for more than 5 years and they are not like last time. Prices are all the same from other pharmacy. Recommend to go to BIG Pharmacy next to it as they more friendly and have better pharmacists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is like a small haven at the corner of my life. I always enjoy my time here since they have a wide range of products, pleasant and friendly staffs, a lift to explore into the second floor, and sometimes awesome discounts. There are a few other pharmacies nearby but AA has always stand-out either from price, varieties or services provided. Keep-up the good work!

First one incorrectly keyed in the purchases, which it can happen I understand, but when I asked about it and asked for corrections, the second one told me that I can't purchase partial of the drugs but must be the whole box, the thing is I was there last week for prescription drugs and have purchased partial of the dose due to stock. When I if I can purchase that and get the rest later they said yes, but now she said the system changes, start yelling and force me to take the whole box. Mind you, this is perscription drugs, how can they so relaxes about it. Luckily someone was there to resolve it and I can actually buy partially

Edit: the management has shown that they can indeed improve and nothing is better than just admitting your mistakes and then immediately takigg by steps to improve them.
In my case their communication levels were top notch and that’s what matters.
This review is better than just a straight 5 star one as it shows a turnaround story!!

AA pharmacy management if you are reading this listen hard - nobody picks up the phone.
Nobody replies the WhatsApp messages for inquiries
I know during this season you are having good sales but things are cyclical.
If you can afford to treat your customers like dirt right now - next time when there’s a better option your customers will no longer be lining up.
Pls take note - this establishment does mot bother to pick up calls at all times.
There is zero cares for phone service or enquiries.
When asked about this in person, the pharmacist claims they are too busy to answer the phones
This happens every day at almost every hour that I bothered to call.
This is not normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to give 5 star ratings for AA as I have been a very very long time customer. If you check my record, you would know how much money my family and I spend in AA. AA used to have very good, professional, friendly and helpful pharmacists.
Then the new batch of pharmacists replacing the old batch . I am disappointing with the new pharmacists. They are not as helpful.
One lady by the name of Kong Xing Jun, she is the worst pharmacist I have ever met. She is unprofessional, sour face without smile, not helpful and not friendly at all. In fact, I find her rude and impatient, can’t even ask her any questions. No customer should be treated like that . This Kong Xing Jun is really "kurang ajar". What a shame to have such person in AA.
My friends all told me to walk across and go to another pharmacy which are much friendlier, nicer and match the price at AA.
AA owner, please take note.
