★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the Kepong vicinity and dropped by the AA Kepong Baru branch to buy some stuff. I later received a call from one of the staff informing me that I had left my purchased item at the counter. Since it’s too far for me to go back to collect, I requested her to hand over the person in charge of the branch. Arrangement has been made for me to collect from my regular branch in Taman Muda. This is what I call ‘Customer Service’. Kudos to the person who called me (sorry I didn’t get her name) and the person in charge of the Branch (JJ). Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nah, pharmacist (guy), you want justify right? Your other branch selling Rm25.50. And your "LAN C" way of talk wants me to justif your Rm28. I'm a customer, I was so polite to tell you other branch selling Rm25.50, not to spend my time to do your internal pricing list.
This is the way the pharmacist staff treated the customer just over a phone call.
