β β β β β the best service pharmacy i've been. once i step inside the pharmacy, the staff welcoming me warmly, offered me a basket & help me to find my needs. The pharmacist, Zulfa suggested me the best & suitable vitamin for my immune system. will come here again everytime i have health issue. Thank you AA pharmacy shah alam.

Staff Hasna recommended me Beta skin cream .So far my eczema is healing ,felt glad after using the cream.Excellent service provided by staff Hasna.Affordable n reasonable price,recommended store to look for any kind of med. for anyone who's hesitate or shy to ask like me,the staff will approach u immediately so no worries

β β β β β A customer who came later got served first, and I was told sharply to "nanti sekejap".
Later, just to pay, I have to search for payment counters at the back of the shop, as all those in front, were unmanned and I was attracted to the male cashier (probably the pharmacist himself) counter by the machine ringing sound/ conversation. Indeed, it was quite a unpleasant wait for me, because after a male customer paid through the "pharmacist" cashier, he (cashier) just ignored me and walked away. Then, someone beside the cashier (who ignored me and left) said to me "Auntie sini!" insisting that I pick up all my goods from the counter to hobbled several steps to my right, where there isn't any cashier machine or payment point. She (the cashier) should have served me right at the cashier machine, as the previous male customer was by the "pharmacist" cashier.
Interestingly, there was no forehead thermometer to scan when I entered, but I wrote the temperature I got from another shop nearby when I went there earlier.
Btw, I need a walking stick to hobble around my way, and I will gladly thank those who can make my daily life easier!

β β β β β My go-to pharmacy during non-rush hours (the car park can be chaotic during lunch hours and after working hours). However i would appreciate it if i can just browse in peace instead of getting pushed by this aunty to come and see and buy the products sheβs promoting. I gave in once before and bought a facial wash, and my face broke out so badly after 1-2 use. Never again. I wish the aunty can understand there are reasons that people are reluctant to try out new skin care products, instead of berating my brand choices there and then.

β β β β β Almost complete pharmacy but some staffs are just lacks of customer skills. They have no trouble to search items i was searching for but they sometimes get intermidated when customers have few questions thrown to them.
My case - i asked if the packaging of my meds changed, she said 'tak..memang mcmni pun', i replied 'i see..previous purchased was differrent'. All i got was the whatever reaction. After paying RM 400 ish with my card, i'd like if there's any plastic to carry my meds. She did it again '20 sen ada tak?' with not at a nice tone. Hmm... if she asked me earlier, i would have combined that 20 cents with my purchased. Yeah, i dont have 20 cents it my pocket.
My point is, its not the value of the my meds or the plastic bag. Just the experience wasn't that pleasant.
I don't get it what kind of customers they really want. This is part of the healthcare service. Not just a retail store selling accessories.

I only come back because of it's completeness and low price.
You better walk down to the next block go to Friend's pharmacy. A bit smaller, pricier, but they are nice people.
