β β β β β AA's prices are reasonable and guaranteed original medicines. Staffs at Sri Rampai outlet are always friendly and helpful with enquiries and ever willing to offer advice too. Very fast and efficient. Bonus is when they send regularly updated news on offers etc and also give product samples to try. And of course campaigns like free vouchers and free deliveries for purchases are an added bonus for loyal customers.
Besides reasonable pricing and friendly staff, I must commend one staff, Jeff Theam whom i believe handles most of the WhatsApp enquiries and info. He is very helpful and responsive and ever willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. For those in a hurry we can WhatsApp our order to him n then just pop in to pay and collect the order. Or opt for their delivery service which is fast and efficient. He also gives update on stock availability if needed. Definitely makes buying from AA easy and hassle free.
