Poor service, progress is slow. Need to call every new week on the road? It's okay to blame others. Pay expensive for what?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service yang sangat teruk. Saya beli rumah tahun 2011 sampai sekarang Strata Title tak dapat-dapat. Bila telefon engaged atau bagi alasan kami akan hubungi semula. Tapi sampai 2017 tak hubungi2.
Very poor service. I bought a house in 2011 until now the Strata Title was inaccessible. When the phone is engaged or for some reason we will call back. But until 2017 no contact.

Nak dapat geran strata pon hampir 2 tahun dan sampai sekarang masih tak tau ending, kawan-kawan guna firma lain, 6 bulan dan siap...Allahuakbar..apa ni
If I know the service here is so bad, seriously I am not greedy but because I have paid, proceed as well, where do I want to grab other money to change firms. Want to get a pound strata grant for almost 2 years and until now still do not know the ending, friends use another firm, 6 months and ready ... Allahuakbar..what is this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services and unprofessional, your are not only have to follow up but must support theirs jobs otherwise it will pending, totally not recommend. They will keep blaming others parties, example PKNS processing slow but actually PKNS did it as schedule.

SPA end of Dec 2019 and until January 2021 still not get the key. I also provide all documents and make all payments as requested on the same day.
Suddenly today i got a call said that i have to pay penalty amounting to RM400 since the document was expired. Do you think is it fair to me? They blaming the other lawyer and said its not their fault.
My SPA lawyer said it supposedly settled by December 2020. but due to late update or the officer forgot to update with the bank, i have to pay the penalty. ??
To everyone, i u have opportunity to choose the lawyer, please choose it wisely or u may face the same situation like me.
Please go for other firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abu zahar messrs was appointed by bsn for loan lawyer of my house. The respond on the strata title (perfection of transfer) is very frustrated. I did email and call. But i get no answer and reply. The service is very bad. If i knew from the beginning i would rather take other loan n other appointed lawyer.. This firm suit the title of "waste of time". Lucky we unable to do an official complaint.. I will try to report to akpk for their bad service as we got charge when the issue is delayed.
