โ โ โ โ โ The worst courier service in Malaysia. The parcel never arrive on time even the Customer Service informed will delivery it. The next day we called - the Customer Service will tell you the riders forgotten to take the parcel out for delivery. There is no guarantee on your shipment delivery time. It could take more than 3 weeks to reach East Malaysia from Kuala Lumpur. Avoid this! There is so many other cheaper Courier Services company in Malaysia.

How I wish not ever to use this courier but shopee has chose them!
My parcel almost a week in their centre, I'm calling them everyday to make sure they send my parcel urgent because i want tu to use them! But sadly still no arrive until now which almost 2 weeks, and i have to buy again the item in physical store.
Oh please abx rawang please do your job properly or else look for another job.
This is not my 1st time late delivery but i t was many times.
And sadly this time i want to use my item on the dateline.
I have ordered earlier but abx didn't do the job correctly.
I'm a very disappointed customer.
I wish abx rawang will be closed and my parcel will not be send by them and i will always relieved.
Very bad services.
Should not have this courier in this world.
