Delivery can be good, service attitude is very poor, no one answered after 5 calls.

โ โ โ โ โ ABX Sungai Petani - serius teruk. Dah sampai SP langsung tak hantar pakej, buat senyap macam tu je. 2 minggu takde delivery, peram pakej. Jenuh kita check tracking dan follow up dengan seller. Seller follow up dengan ABX takde progres apa. Last2 kena pegi ambik sendiri. Sampai sana layanan pun 100% muka masam. Kalau nak tension dan buang duit silakan guna courier ABX ni.
ABX Sungai Petani - seriously bad. Until SP didn't send the package, it was quiet like that. 2 weeks no delivery, package package. Let us check and follow up with the seller. Seller follow up with ABX has no progress. Last2 has to go back and forth. Even the service is 100% sour. If you want tension and waste money use this ABX courier.

I am satisfied with the abx service there..why is the person I ordered, not the jnt staff who sent and the customer col ?? why do I need to place my goods in front of the post j & t? In the parcel already written address and phone number? It's hard to contact customer? klu xtau home address once, there is no phone number, can col tnya address dkt mna..if my parcel is lost, nal responsible ke?

Update: called the main customer service, they say there's no kepala batas operation center, called 5 times and they said they will check and end up they lost my parcel, i will nvr use abx anymore
