★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of unsuccessful delivery I have went to their office twice to get the parcel. The same answer was given is that"maybe out on delivery again". How is it possible that the company does not know whether the parcel is out on delivery or in the inventory? Giving an answer that the parcel is "maybe out on delivery again" is unacceptable you are the process owner, you should know what is going on. Don't expect everyone stays in their house for the whole day waiting for their parcel to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel delivery from Taiping to Masjid Tanah since June 2020 until now still missing in action. Totally no action taken and tracking only shows status of customer follow up. A lot of rule for.compensation and maximum up to RM200 depends on their rule. As the frequent receivers of their service for years, other parcel deliveries also slow. Normally, it take 5 days for delivery especially KL region

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracking shows item delivered but in reality it is not being delivered yet. I called customer service and live chat everyday yet they response they will give answer in 2 days working while it has been about a week. Very unprofessional company with no proper SOP.
