β β β β β Never answer calls from customer and worst they tagged your item as delivered even when the item is not delivered yet. Seriously? At least answer the phone call and explained. You guys hold my item for so long.

Updated review: still the worst courier ever. My item was punch delivered when they don't attempt to send it to me! When i call them they purposely disable the call. I don't know what is wrong with the abx staff? Tolongla buat kerja properly. Jangan suka2 punch barang orang delivered. Amanah dalam pekerjaan. Abx headquarters pon please take note. People are complaining and the pattern is consistent! Do something! Your service is horrible.

β β β β β Sorry but I had to rate the company again. There is something wrong with the delivery drivers. I could turn a blind eye if the mistake occurred just once as the Tapah branch were very helpful in identifying the problem. However this problem where there is either a late delivery or missing parcel has occurred multiple times.
There has to be a problem in either the Tapah system or the delivery services. The systems and drivers should be checked thoroughly, there is now multiple alternatives for delivery services. Abx needs to address this situation professionally if they do not want to get replaced.

β β β β β I didnt receive my parcel but it said delivery completed?? I didnt even receive the call by the courier, and I couldnt get through on the phone. If got important things in the parcel what should do?? Just run guys.
