★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018: Kindly update your office address, the office has been vacated. Calls are not reachable. Dissatisfaction indeed, even with your name of Dato' and all the beautiful promise you made, your service was terrible. Please bear that my compound from SSM and tax penalties are due to your delays while I provided you all the information 3 months earlier. Are you even certified for Audit?
*Update after 3years since 2018, my company has received Compound of 50k for each director. Thanks to this firm for delaying my report.
Do note that this firm is formerly known as KT Chan Associate, which was banned by MIA for unqualified service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is full of sweet promises but never been fulfill. He is not a chartered accountant and Mia had issued a public letter to warn the public not to fall into the trap of using their services. Kt Chan, you are really the parasites of this industry. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a professional accountant firm. Our company used their services years ago until we found their charges were unreasonably higher than the market. Besides, they appoint other free lance accountant to do the job, this cause some risks 1/ increasing the risk of sensitive client data leakage as you'll never know who they are. 2/ one time they have payment dispute with their down stream accountant and she contact us direct for charges. This caused extra inconvenience to us. When we decide to switch to another accountant, we spent hack of time to negotiate as they use the release of all past document as a bargaining chip. I plan to rate 0 stars but was forced to give one star in order to finish this rating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!
