โ โ โ โ โ It was ok. They dont seem to replace with new stock, some goods covered in dust. They need to fix the AC tho, very stuffy. Anyway, plenty of stuff usually will cater to my need for a quick fix. If you're lucky you'll meet the singing cashier, I was there earlier he was singing to Sejati, quite entertaining managed to distract me from feeling stuffy due to the AC malfunctioning.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm sorry for the rating. But I really can't bring myself to rate higher.
When I walk in the staff there didn't even bother you.
The air cond is death. The air inside is smelly and dusty and stuffy.
Products display there are just general hardware. No-name hardware shop outside got more and better stuff then they did.
But I'm refer to this particular outlet only. Mid Valley Ace Hardware is great.

โ โ โ โ โ Good place to get hardware products such as fittings, bolts/nuts, screws, paints, etc.
However, any items bought can be changed only once. So no refund if you got it wrong. Make sure you get the right size/dimensions such as for any fittings.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here for the longest time I could remember. ACE Hardware consistently provided all sorts of home improvement tools for the average Joe's like me to the trade professionals. Products sold are with affordable price and equivalent quality. I wish the place is bigger so that they can provide more products. Though I live 5 to 10 minutes away, I am accustomed to ACE Hardware's reliability hence I would rather travel than going to other nearby shops. The staff also share product knowledge so I am well informed on product that suits my use. I could spent whole day there and still undecided on which item to buy ? (maybe this is how it feels when the ladies go shopping ??)

โ โ โ โ โ Good range of products and satisfactory customer service. I usually buy hardware and gardening products here. If I need to quickly fix something, they usually have what I need. The staff are polite and helpful and there is always someone who is knowledgeable about a certain range of products if I need any further information.

โ โ โ โ โ I hope Ace Hardware will continue to thrive in Malaysia because its a great hardware store that sells things you never knew you needed! This store probably sells widest range of mainstream and niche hardware products. From super magnets to gardening tool you didn't know existed. And probably the most eye watering collection of imported detergents you can lay your hands on. Not the cheapest shop by far but I have yet to come to a situation where I have NOT found what I wanted there ..
