โ โ โ โ โ I found this shop via shopee to a buy grass cutter with wheels. I told the employer that I was coming earlier to get the item and he said it was available. I drove more than 1 hour to get there only to be told that item has not arrived. Made the payment. Came two weeks later to get it. Contacted them 3 times to make sure it was there and the blade was replaced with the nylon string. Had to repetitively tell them to fix the item prior my arrival. Before I left to the shop, the item was still not fixed. Luckily when I arrived, it was all set to go. The employee accidentally threw the manual book in the trash. Went looking for it went I asked for it. item itself looks sturdy. I hope their after sales service is better. If their after sales service is better, I shall give them a 5 star. Five stars for their after sales service!!!!! =)
