Your customer service needs to be improved.
My experience:
I called to asked whether there are stock left for some of the aquatic plants and I was told to leave a message on Whatsapp. So, I did but to no avail.
3 hours later, I still did not receive any replies from any of your staffs. So, I called again, again and again. Well, nobody answered my phone calls and the excuse was being too busy.
The reason why I called before I go to your store (which required at least 45 minutes to reach from the location I was at) is because I wanted to make sure that there are stock left and I did not want to make an empty road trip back and not to disappoint myself.
I decided to go check it out myself. Finally, I reached and I have to wait another 30 minutes to buy my stuffs.
This was simply because your staffs were too busy serving a few people in the store.
That's okay though. Your staff didn't even know what are the species and prices of certain aquatic plants I want and he/she had to go check manually and get back to me, which I personally find it very time consuming.
The reason I gave two stars (instead of one) is because you offer a wide variety of items (livestocks, tanks, aquatic plant fertilizer, etc.), which is great and not easy to be maintained.
