★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them 2 weeks to diagnose and confirmed the situation with my laptop -a student whom I approached for help after collecting it from the shop took 2 hours. The worker apparently did his best to help with my request, which had no results after about a month -however, this is acceptable as I understand that the help I wanted may not be possible within his capacity. The worst part was my laptop developed 3 deep scratches and the boss behaved unprofessionally while implying that I was lying, and that there was no evidence that the scratches were not previously there. He also behaved in a threatening manner, pointing his 2nd finger at me when I debated against his unprofessional defense that he was doing a good deed in assessing the condition of the laptop. Excuse me - what is the nature of your business? And does checking and assessing a client's laptop necessitates 3 deep scratches? I understand accidents can happen. But this is far from a correct way to approach it. This shop is blacklisted and I will make sure my social circles know about this.
