★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is great, the location is really convenient, and the BBQ spot is absolute amazing. The house and it's interior facilities/design are great, the bedroom air-cond is in a really awkward spot but that's alright. But the biggest room at third floor is really a thing, the room is so big but there's only 1 air-cond, whoever sleep at the 2 beds that near the door will not feel any breeze at all, but hey the beds are comfy and the hygiene is okay.
