Never thought I would be able to do it and its a good place to learn for adults who wants a laid back and learn at your own pace style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this lesson enough. In only a few weeks I've become much calmer, more comfortable and energy efficient in the water. Max provides really accurate tips and his personality is very patient and reassuring, which is just what a beginner adult needs. The build up is gradual and matches your own personal progression rather than moving with a group. I look forward to the lesson every week because I genuinely see enough improvement to keep me motivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming class is very smooth and effective, I've attended the class for twice so far and I already know how to swim and not afraid to jump from the land into swimming pool deeper than my height! It's amazing!
Besides, Judy and Victor are very good instructor! They're very skillful, experienced, obedient and in the same time, they are very fun! Their characteristics make me feel very safe and relax (or in the other word, not nervous at all) when attending the class.
I started to look forward for every class onwards.

But I want to overcome my fear and enjoy the pool like everybody else. And Active Swim helped me with that thru their wonderful coaches. Big thank you to coach Max with the support of coach Judy. They are professional while at the same time- fun, friendly, patience and especially attentive by monitoring my body, hands and legs movement and guide me patiently to improve. Thank u for constantly giving me encouragement, I have become more comfortable in the pool and always looking forward for the next class!

When I first signed-up as an adult beginner, I was rather apprehensive about achieving my personal goals - overcoming fear and enjoying the swim feeling safe in the water. The atmosphere was totally supportive and laid-back. The instructors, Melissa, Judy and occasionally Germaine made a huge difference for me. I was impressed with how patient they were. They took the time needed and gave me plenty of encouragement to help me complete tasks that were challenging to me, out of my comfort zone. Cheers to this bunch of passionate, friendly and jovial instructors. I am so glad to find the right swimming school after making inquiries with a few others in Penang. Active Swim, certainly the best for fresh beginners like me.
