★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner yang friendly, tapi kene mantapkan lagi dari segi ifacility. Ini cadangan saya.
1. Kebersihan - Dapur / Habuk masih x bersih. Nak masak pun tak selera.
2. Tekanan air yang sangat2 rendah. Nak mandi pun kene tunggu lame - guna pam
3. Mesin basuh yang lame / dryer pun rosak - ganti yang baru je
4. Penghawan dingin yang lame - x sejuk sangat.
5. Karpet - perlu guna yang baru / ganti je dengan mozek. Sebab macam dah rosak kene banjir
Bagi yang nak sewa, saya cadang jangan ramai2. 2 orang tu dah cukup ramai sebab banyak sangat kekurangan. Sye doakan supaya owner boleh perbaiki segala kelemahan2 di atas. Sekian terima kasih.
Owner is friendly, but here's a peek at ifacility. This is my suggestion.
1. Cleanliness - Kitchen / Dust is still clean. Even cooking doesn't taste good.
2. Very low water pressure. You have to take a shower here - just use the pump
3. The old washing machine / dryer is damaged - replace the new one
4. Cold air conditioner - x is very cold.
5. Carpets - need to use a new one / replace it with a mosaic. Because it's kind of damaged here
For those who want to rent, I recommend not to crowd. Those two are quite a lot because they are so lacking. Please pray that the owner can fix all the above weaknesses. Thank you.
