★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female staff working for this laundry is extremely rude. Recently i went to the laundry and it was my first time. Hence i was quite unsure with the usage/instruction , so i approached the woman working there and asked how to select based on preference, instead she answered very rudely as if i wasted her time. I will never go this place anymore. Please replace your staff with friendly face and more customer approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never ever been to a launderette where the management itself physically removes your own cleaned items with NO permission whatsoever, without any regards for other people's personal and private property not to mention no remorse whatsoever on how disgustingly unhygienic it is for someone else to touch and move your laundry! management is unapologetic and beyond rude to their own paying customer
