Setelah kami menukar agen dan melantik Adilah (sebagai esklusif agen) jumlah viewing rumah kami meningkat hingga 3-4 kali ganda mungkin sebab cara marketing Adilah yang lebih berkesan melalui socmed Facebook, Instagram, video dan printed flyers.
Syukur Alhamdulillah pada Ogos 2021 ditengah musim pandemik jualbeli rumah kami selesai. Ianya rumit tetapi tidak mustahil.
Pengalaman kami bersama Adilah:
Tugas menjual bukan 100% diatas bahu agen perlu ada kerjasama. Pemilik perlu juga ambil bahagian dan harus selalu berbincang untuk ubah strategi jualan dan perkara2 lain utk membantu menarik minat pembeli. Feedback dari agen amat penting sebagai contoh isu-isu semasa viewing (eg. keadaan rumah, harga dll), competitors berdekatan dan perubahan harga pasaran semasa.

IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY SELLING OUR HOUSE DURING THE PANDEMIC SEASON!
After we changed agents and appointed Adilah (as an exclusive agent) the number of viewing of our house increased to 3-4 times probably because of Adilah's more effective marketing methods through socmed Facebook, Instagram, video and printed flyers.
Thank God in August 2021 in the middle of the pandemic season of buying and selling our house is over. It is complicated but not impossible.
Our experience with Adilah:
The task of selling is not 100% on the shoulders of the agent, there needs to be cooperation. Owners should also participate and should always discuss to change sales strategies and other things to help attract buyers. Feedback from agents is especially important for example issues during viewing (e.g. home condition, prices etc.), nearby competitors and current market price changes.
