Nice and beautiful place to have a wedding event. Not just wedding actually, other proper event also can be held there... Beautiful place but there's some slack accommodation such as insufficient parking lots for big family wedding or events

Tea ceremony - The interns don’t know how to refill.. call them only refill in front of the relatives Cocktails session - Many guests don’t know the place for cocktails sessions - The staff with white shirt just gather there and chat - No one walk around serve the wine Venue problems - projectors issue.. Complains 3-4 times that the screen is not straight yet nobody fix it!! - Wrong placement for Groom & bride board and we have to change our own.. - still need to help the shop troubleshooting their audio system issue Dinner sessions - Guests didn’t get the starters, main course and especially dessert - Waiting time too long - Not organised at all - Serving wrong meal especially VIP - MC sitting there and silence (somemore he claims that he has nothing to say!) - Meals threw directly without our permission and the kitchen rush for closing - Especially didn’t take away for groom and bride meals end up they have to go second round - Totally Nobody refill the drinks and the staff are so rude.. put a jar and let us self-service - the taste for the food we expected it will be not tasty yet the staff attitude like attending funeral.. Charging so expensive. Hiring interns and part-timers plus lousy MC to ruin people wedding ceremony! Complaint to the lady boss yet the bride only received the “FORWARDED” message as below: 你好 感谢您的回应 公司会做出检讨 祝你们新婚快乐 百年好合 早生贵子? Just had my wedding event at Adonis Bridal on 21/5/16 , bad, amateur, poor service in summary 1. Apart from self ordered vegetarian food catering for my guest, basically ordered 190 servings for my wedding reception, the result was catastrophic. 2. After food was served, it was finished within probably within 15-20 mins, however Adonis had failed to topped up the food in time 3. After the initially top-up (in which the amount was pathetic), the food was finished again, within the first hour, there was already very very little food left, almost none in fact 4. Staff was highlighted regarding the food a few occasions, but the response was poor, non-friendly and irresponsible, excuse used -Western food is meant to be served and ate slowly -We are not suppose to compare them with hotel based restaurant -We are not supposed to keep reminding them as food will take time to be cooked (like forever) 5. When eventually the food is topped up (only 1 buffet line was topped-up), it was already late, and majority of the guest(60-70%) had already left with half empty stomach 6. The waiter service was as equal to non existence, yes it was a buffet, but the basic table manners as clearing a used plate, was not even there, and we were not even given table knife on our table even though lamb cutlet was part of the menu! 7. It was pathetic enough that even cups for water/ drinks was not enough 8. The bar counter was equally bad, where there were not enough glass for my guest (and it was awkward when the waiter was constantly asking "where is your glass") 9. The wedding cake that we had was handled badly as well, where the cake was not cut properly, and not served proportionately and most tables were not served where my own family members had to take the cake from the table and redistribute it again 10. The attitude and professionalism was severe lacking when my sister was attempting to highlight the issue and to give her feedback pertaining the services to the lady owner of Adonis- Angie who left in a car without heeding what my sister wanted to say. 11. When me and my family demanded to have a word with the owner and the lady owner, we were brushed off by being requested to come the following day or the Monday instead. 12. We needed to keep prompting and requesting for more than 30 minutes, only did both of them appeared after letting us waited for another 20 mins. 13. Action to address to the core problem and complaint was severe lacking (I would say it was actually non existence), the soft skill of pacifying a dissatisfied customer was not only poor but I think a minimal level of customer service training needed to be provided to all stuff starting from the owner itself. It was in fact a disgrace for us as host to have such poor service provided to our guest. It was a big regret for me and my wife as we had spent so much time and effort in preparing our perfect day only had it been scarred by the poor and amateur service by Adonis For me, its a NO, NO, NO, and NO

My husband and I had our wedding at Adonis Bridal Manoir on 15th July 2017, and it was absolutely beautiful! Adonis provides a one-stop centre for couples who dream to have a Garden themed wedding. The garden area is huge, with so many beautiful spots for taking magical photos, so we decided to have both the Wedding ceremony and Dinner reception in the same location. The service provided was superb, from the initial planning to the follow-ups and the actual day itself. I would like to personally thank my wedding consultants, Elaine and Kay for being so attentive and incorporating all my ideas into my dream wedding. Kay did an excellent job on my actual day, making sure that everything was in order, giving me consistent updates while I was in the make-up room and checking on me from time to time. Even the Adonis lady manager was kind enough to adjust my husband’s corsage before he went out for the Reception. The wedding ceremony was perfect! Everyone commented on how unique and beautiful it was. The only downside was the microphone not working properly, but can easily be improved. During the dinner, the servers were very friendly and efficient and in providing good service to our guests, especially at the bar counter. The food from Potpourri House was delicious, we’d highly recommend ordering their grilled chicken and mushroom soup, as it received raved reviews from our guests. Once again, we would like to thank Adonis Bridal for their services, and we would highly recommend them for any wedding (if you’d like something unique).

Very big and spacious place for special function and gathering. Fully equiped and efficiently managed.

Adonis Bridal's large green compound probably makes it one of, if not the best place for a Garden themed wedding. Tucked away from the view of the main road, it sits along Jalan Kelab Golf about a minute away from the Heritage Hotel. The permanent fixed canopy probably seats a few hundred people comfortably for a wedding dinner where Adonis itself offers buffet type catering. The upkeep of the place is generally good and has probably given it its reputation as a decent place for a wedding. It also offers other bridal products, including pre-wedding photoshoots and the like. It seemingly aims to be a one-stop shop for the usual wedding requirements. There also seems to be a small cake-coffee house tucked inside the compound that's open to all. Parking inside is limited, with probably enought space for about 30 standard sized vehicles at most. Depending on the size of the event, most guests may still find themselves parking along the roadside.

Nice open garden area. Can take nice photos with plenty of lights and greenery. Indoor is okay. Air-conditioned with fan. There was a cafe there but it's not open at the moment. There is parking inside that fit around 10-15 cars. Emcee, cake, and outfits are provided with the wedding packages if u need. Interior has beige ceiling cloth so photos from your photographer mite have a tint of beige on the skin.
