I’ve brought my dog there twice. The first time they caused rashes on my dogs and I thought it was due to the number of knots (as she missed grooming for 2-3 months due to the MCO, although we did helped her shave her fur when it’s long). My dog is about 13 years old and I can say I’ve never seen rashes regardless how many knots my dog has!!
Regardless, I still gave them a second chance but this time they've injured my dog's paw to the point that I can even see the flesh!!
If you do not possess enough skill to even handle a small dog, please close your shop to avoid harming our pets
