★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered item last Thursday, today told me not printed because my account not enough money. I tried calling them but no one answered, kept putting me on hold listening to music. Today (Monday) checked with them, they told me not printed. Why nobody had the courtesy to call me up? Order showed approved, but why didn't print? Only RM90+ extra for an order RM300+, I could have went there and paid cash. The staffs don't seemed to act like they care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of the printing is super reasonable but the service is so bad. In the filling form i chosen the salesperson named Elaine, not sure my bad of choosing her or i am just unlucky. She attended to me, with unpleasant behavior, not friendly & being quite rude. I was asking i would like to change Salesperson(since she doesn't sound like attending to me via phone) and she just replied me "NO". Please reconsider of a better website for the customer to place thru the order instead of hiring lazy & not friendly staff in the office! Disappointed & wasting my time to fill in all the details!

This is the first time I have cooperated with your company, I am now receiving a project with shopping mall large amount of sticker & banner & flyer....But your company cannot deliver on time so i scare to order with your company.
