★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an unsympathetic company. I’m not sure if it’s the power holder’s problem or the company acquiesced to them.
If you want to have a good working environment or a company with good welfare, this company will not be your choice.
I won’t say much about the company.
And I think it’s a waste of life to spend time reviewing this SUCKS company, but I have to do so because this company really doesn’t deserve any good reviews. If possible, this company doesn’t worth any star. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for interview few years back. I still remember because it was one of the worse experience for me. Made an appointment for interview but made me wait for 2 hrs+. When contacted HR, the person told me off in a rude way that if I can't wait, I can forfeit the interview and the damn interview only lasted for 5 mins. HELLO! It takes me money and time for me to go there and please don't waste my time and effort to go there. After seeing all the reviews, thank god for not working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst companies to work at due to extremely long work hours and terribly poor management system. One of the most heartless companies that I’ve ever seen. Almost all the staff leave the company after a short period of time. Those who stay are only there because they are unable to leave due to financial constraints. This company is the definition of zero work life balance.

This is by far the worst company with least helps from all levels of management. low salary, unclear policy & benefit, bad HR since they do not know the process and will torture you if you are an expat when trying to leave company (VISA process). OMG, please stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Company ever, Finally got my deposit for the headset despite the final working day of my contract being end of December and even still is delayed. Totally unresponsive HR and lousy management that treats staff like nothing. Dont expect to receive ur salary on time or at all working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever! Very very poor in management and payroll. Please don’t ever go to this company. If you’re planning to work here than just forget about your salary. My worst experience ever, I was in Amazon project but they suddenly closing down the project and we stayed till the end of the project day but until a week already they haven’t pay us our salary. HR they will never reply you at all, this idiots only knows how to treat their staff like cheapest people ever!

I am preparing all the proof.. I had gave too many chances for them to fix my problem.
But, the issue was never resolve and I had to keep following up as if I have the time of the world.
During my duty with this company I was never the troublemaker. I always followed the contract or policy.
However, they are not doing the same.
Hence, I am voicing out my feedback and warn everyone who has been hired or planning to work with this company, do not even step into this company ever.
There’s tons other amazing BPO company are hiring, pays well, and treat their staff fairly.
So, this company should not even be your choice.
I have proof of my situation that I am gathering. Also, planning to report to labour court.
Just wait.. while I gather..
turn around go find other better company.
You will forever regret your choice if you sign into this company.
You can already see.. 98% of the review under this company are the same issues.
It was a true feedback from previous staffs. I truly understand what they were going through.
