★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Operation Manger I ever work with.
Arrogant, unprofessional, always promise client without done checking can other department to work along with or not, when the issue came, first thing first he will scold you rather than he blame his own decision he made. When others foresee something, he does not care and just say you need to do it without discuss.
Not recommend for those who find a peaceful job. Culture here is blaming other people instead of finding their own mistake. The people here Never improve or grow themselves.

Good points about this company is entry to this company is easy and there's a lot of job opportunities to work on, employees are relatively friendlier and problems with colleagues are rarer. Bad points of this company is that the job may feel boring after some time, as the things to handle are pretty much the same everyday and you may need to work on shift (you will be paid for shift though) and working hours are longer. Food varieties in the canteen is limited and quite expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the staff will call for interview and ask so many question and providing with below basic...just want SPM qualification...even though I have Diploma and 4 years working experience in call centres....this place and the staff total out and don’t have basic etiquette

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to gain experience in a call centre, you may pursue to work here.
However, this is clearly not a place for you to grow your career, nor this is the place for you to earn decent money. A good performance is apparently not enough for you to grow.
And, you will be working 6 days in a week, with a basic salary of RM1400. You want to earn RM3000/month? Can, just need to do 3 hours of OT everyday and do not ever take an MC throughout your career here. Basically, don't get sick, not even once if you wish to earn more.
My advise is, there are a lot of BPOs out there that offer a much better salary and less work pressure, with a better work-life balance. If you do not want to regret wasting your precious youth years, avoid this company at all cost.

There's 2 convenience shop (7Eleven and Daily shop) at the main entrance.
Parking for some staffs are available within the building, others have to park out and walk in.
