★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaunter pertanyaan x mesra, muka kerek, dtg nak settlekan loan nak mntak tolong cek kan balance, muka belagak betul. Bukan mntak duit kau pon. Aeon perlu latih para front line staff tentang customer service.
 The x-friendly questionnaire, the face of the bag, to settle the loan, please check the balance, the right face. Not your money. Aeon needs to train the front line staff about customer service.

Bad service.
I needed a card replacement because my card is too old and started cracking.
And they asked me to use it because the chip is still functional.
Do you expect the card to split into half inside the machine then i can get a replacement??
Or do you think your card is indistructable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What nonsense service you providing AEON CREDIT?! I called and told you my credit card wave function can't be used then you ask me walk into branch so your staff can assist. Card got problem your cs can't straight send replacement card (I have lots of experience with other banks' credit card) like what other banks do yet ask me walk in! Fine! Then your staff said need to do replacement yet been almost two weeks no news (SLOWEST AND WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD WITH CREDIT CARD).
So I called then cs said the card is has already been sent to the branch one week plus ago (2days after I walked in) then no one from the branch call and NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE! What's your problem?!
I'm going to cancel and ban your service!
