★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their facial is totally worst off. I had been went to Klang branch for doing facial for almost 3-4 months. My skin getting worst as days goes by and my pimples problem is getting serious. First they will ask you for signing up a package with a very high price but it was useless for treated my acne problem. Then they will ask u for changing another package which just using different mask and the price was higher than before. Furthermore, the product they recommended me to use also useless for me and all of products are costly. Everytime I went there will have different ppl to help me do my facial and this make me feel that the worker there are not professional at all. Also, they will squeeze the pimples hardly and cause my face to have very serious scar. The worst part is I had wasted so much of money and my face is not recover at all. I will never come back anymore!!
