★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to shop. I especially like the pharmacy at the end of the mall. It's spacious, bright and carries a bunch of products. The staff is really friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been here for about 4 years and things change a lot more vibrant mall like other AEONs in Klang Valley. The Food Avenue was not in operation yet. Good maintenance still our country biggest setback even at AEON. The escalator from roof top parking was out of order on a Sunday.

Parking here is acceptable but will be quite limited when public holiday or in the weekend.
Food kiosk, restaurants and AEON food court are alive however, the upstairs Food court here quite dead tbh, not much of choices.

Owns by aeon mall services
Strategically placed with ample of parking spaces
Their parking space are paid one with privilege for their member card holder as they can enjoy the parking free of charge for limited time
The most top floor designated for food court, but seems not all of the spaces are occupied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AEON own staff has no problem. But some of the rented stores/shops staff not so friendly. I encountered a few unpleasant experiences. The worst case was a girl asked me treat her a drink after showing me a demo. I refused. She asked me get lost, saying she demo for me I need treat her. Another former salesgirl from Shins, asked me just now you already come,why now you come again? Both Time Planet & City Chain had one salesgirl each who proud for nothing. One Huawei salesman told me they here sell phone when I asked for technical help. There are friendly sales people too but overall no good. I can believe AEON Alma hired a wrong person as their management staff. As all states have shopping complex,so all staff are usually local. I can believe this management executive not from BM High School,SMK or Jit Sin Independent. It must be a Jit Sin High School girl to have created this culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good mall if you want to hang out with family or friends. There’s variety of things here. The toilet is clean. There’s also Uniqlo outlet at the ground level. Tried D’laksa and it was great! There’s also gaming arcade on level 3.
