★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for shopping, easily located and accessible from the main road, one of the largest mall in Malaysia with hundreds if not thousands of shops. The place is well maintained with clean, plenty and spacious toilets, parking spaces and other amenities. Plenty of handicapped parking and are handicapped and family friendly. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is awesome! I love it! The mall is the best mall I have ever been to for my family getaway, with so many shops and something for everyone. It is only parking that poses a problem there. Although there are a lot of parking spots available, there are not enough of them to accommodate the number of shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family Friendly Shopping Mall!
We love bringing our kids here to ride the train (5rm per person) around level 2, and window shop at Toys R Us. We can easily keeps them entertained on level 2 with minimal money spent for 1-2 hours. And then we usually end the day at Lavender Bakery on the level G for pastries and coffee.
It does get crowded, so the earlier you go the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been some times since I was here. The feeling was great, however there seemed to be some differences. Some old tenants were gone while there are some new ones. Came here during the weekday and I believe it is less crowded. Can literally spend the whole day walking around and shipping. Masks are still required, so stay well and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Horrible experience. No customer service at the counter. Madilyn the manager was extremely rude. Pointing fingers. Manager had been reported to G2000 HQ in KL. Please avoid this shop. No choice but to shop here today. Speaking in a different language at the front counter.
