★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at your store today. It was my fault to told your worker RACHEL that i don’t have member card at first. But when she start scanning second items, my mum found out the card in her wallet so we asked can we collect point then. And RACHEL said that can’t. It’s okay that she don’t want to do double work and we just give up collecting the point. And then she start tossing my item vigorously! Even I had warned her she even tossed harder! I dont understand why! I know everyone is not easy during this pandemic, is this the way you train your staff to handle with customer? We paid money to buy for the item we are not taking it for free. Please take this issue serious or else I have no choice to make further action. Thanks

An unhygienic supermarket❗They allow customers to let their kids step and sit in the shopping trolleys where we place our food ???. From experience in other supermarkets, there is no point in complaining. The managements don't care and will ignore you and the offending customers will get angry with you. How dare foreigners get angry - it's a local custom in this country. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we were at Selayang Mall eyeing for Parkson to shop for something, we noticed Maxvalue here and shopped for some groceries n daily eccentials The whole shop was clean, tidy n well stocked. Not crowded, an ideal shopping environment nowadays. Prices were reasonable. Some basic attires for adults n children were available with quite a number of choices with competitive prices. It's a good n comfortable place for family members to shop.
