I was trying to relocate my CITES parrot from SG to PE . I Thought they were experts but in fact they do not know what they are doing other than talk . I could not coordinate anything with them. They cannot be bothered to handle your paper work but expect layman owners like myself to do it with various government agencies which is daunting. Then what is this relocation agency for other than to Collect money ? I tried to talk to them nicely but instead this is the exact response from this guy (likely the boss) called Cheah : “ Sorry to inform you that we are not interested in handling it.” Appalling . Arrogant much! Pet owners beware. ****Follow up to their review reply which is more ‘professional’ then their actual email correspondences : Dealing with government bodies is a complex process in both countries . That is why customers engage transport companies like yourself to handle the administrative matters. Firstly , your response that the bird can be transported via land CONTRADICTED with international requirements as stated in black and white by Malaysian Wildlife and CITES. When I asked for clarification, your reply was a smoke screen due to a lack of professional knowledge. And even that was AFTER I requested for a follow-up reply because Cheah went MIA . Then later your reply was to ask me to contact the government agencies MYSELF . How is this legit service? What is your hiring for? Later on , when I suggested to CC email and coordinate my SG agency and Malaysian Wildlife with Aerofleet , you flat out refused and even tried to gaslight me saying I did not submit the documents , when we are just in the initial stages of enquiry. The Veterinary papers, alone , are only valid for 2 months . How could you expect me to submit so early on ? It is only feasible closer to actual transport date which was still hanging . You don’t know this ? Then the arrogant reply stating ‘we are no longer interested to work’ on this with us . This is giving poor professional advise , irresponsible and then gaslighting the customer to make yourselves look like you did any work . Even if you wish to suggest illegal means or outright cannot handle this case, then say so . Do NOT string the customer along and then make the customer look foolish with your arrogance and deceptive practices . Dear fellow pet owners , No one should ever trust such a company with their beloved pets. It’s distressing. Don’t believe in all the fake reviews here. It’s nothing like that at all . Nasty and Shameful .

Sisu & team provided a spectacular service, helping to move our dog from Malaysia to UK. Aerofleet are clear very knowledgeable of the processes and requirements. Sisu was very supportive and able to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Aerolfeet's services!
