★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't purchase from here if you're in a hurry. They promised to delivered within 2 weeks and that is the reason I bought from them. But it has been 4th weeks and sales person not taking responsible. Try to email but no response. Called their office and they said will pass to logistic and will call back, but no news at all. What's the point of having email address if you don't reply and If you can't delivered by the deadline then don't make such false promise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We purchased our bed and the mattress here from the KLCC expo in October.They promised to deliver our bed on the 2nd of Dec. Now it's already 10 Dec. Followed up with the person who dealt with us during the KLCC Expo but he cannot give an answer. When I called the customer service, she said wanna check with Logistics. Ding Dong Ding Dong but my money you already accepted. Please do not deal with this company. Reading the reviews here totally shocked me. But actually checks Google Review at the expo right. Should have avoided this booth. Empty promises. You are making your customers beg for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company, I have ordered my mattress and bed from them made sure that the delivery date is 2 months after I ordered. Called and called and called, all they say is I will check and come back to you. They never do. I have paid but never received my products, even when I am writing this review I have no products.
Please don't deal with them, horrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE! NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! Bought mattress time during the fair promise this and that, when set a date to request for delivery, there is no respond. Just a simple driver detail also cannot provide, My experience: 1) POOR SERVICE 2) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 3) LOUSY ARRANGEMENT 4) BELOW EXPECTATION
PLEASE REA REVIEW AND THINK PROPERLY BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO PURAHSE THEIR ITEM. JUST A SIMPLE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT COULDNT MAKE IT, YOU DONT EXPECT ANY WARRANTY ISSUE THEY CAN MANAGE PROFESSIONALLY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought bedding set during an expo at Sunway Expo on 10 Apr 2022. A lot of promises from them. Supposed to deliver on Apr 24 but no answer from them. Even called the sales person named Bryan Goh and he said he is outstation. Totally din get back to me at all. After reading the comments, many people have been facing the same problem and after sales service is truly horrible.
For a company supposedly selling bed for those having back problems, you guys are clearly inconsiderate of people having to wait for our bedding set.
If your company cant fuithfull customer requirements, pls dont do any exhibition anymore. Waste ppl times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good product but very poor order management process. this was my 2nd order and messed up big time. Order on 1 Jan 22 and delivery date in Document is 21 Jan 22. I follow up on 25 Jan and they still cannot confirmed when can be delivered and started with blaming game :-"The manager saying customer should understand they have lot of orders and will get back to me when they can.". In my point as customer, i dont have clue of how their demand and someone should need to proactive notified.
