★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended.As My Lenovo Laptop even at Lenovo Centre itself they unable to fix my motherboard issue.When I come to Aes IT the already identify it & manage to repair it.Now Iam using my laptop happily without any issue.In terms of price its abit expensive but we still able to negotiate with them for a best final price.All the technicians are really expertise in doing all kind of laptop problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much impressed with the services done by AES IT Puchong. I arrived in my Shah Alam home on 17 Dec using SIA VTL flight and arranged for home survey with Chin Siew Peng of AES IT on 18 Dec. Work required : Cat 6 cabling (32 ports on 19 inch racks and 32 ports on 4 Ports Surface Mount Boxes),
Cat 6 cabling for 9 cameras and 2 camera mounts = 11 ports on 19 inch racks), 3 OM3 fibres from Ground Floor and Level 2 LC fibre enclosures on 19 inch racks to Level 3 19 inch rack, mounting of 3 PoE switches with SFP fibre links and 2 Gigabit Switches with 10 Gbps SFP+ and mounting of cameras with adjustments for required field of view. All needed to be done by 31 Dec 2021 as I will be flying back to Singapore via SIA VTL flight. Two days after site survey, I received the quotation and after receiving assurance from Mr Chin Siew Peng that cabling work can be completed by 31 Dec, engaged the services of AES-IT. Cabling staff work until 8 - 9 pm each day from 27 - 31 Dec with all cabling work completed. However, when I configured all the switches, fibre links not working. Chin Siew Peng came on 1st January to troubleshoot but unable to resolve the issue and the fibre staff only available on Monday 3rd January. On the way home form Changi Airport, on 3rd Jan my wife called saying fibre links now working and the network for home internet and camera network are working even before I reach home in Singapore on 3rd January 2022. I am much impressed. Great services and follow-up until most issues resolved.One camera seems to be faulty after much testing. Paid up the balance of agreed quotation and requested Mr Chin to help replace the faulty camera which I ordered on 4th January. He agreed and today, 13 Jan, the new camera was replaced by him and now working after more troubleshooting with cabling staff. Great service and great follow-up. Keep up the great service and follow-up such that customers have working systems. I have worked in Singapore for 30 plus years and this kind of service and follow-up which I experienced are simply amazing even compared to Singapore.
