★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had 2 laptops repaired here where I had thought I had to write them off. AES was always able to resolve the issues and repair the motherboards reliably and without a recurrence of the original issues. And the work comes with a decent warranty duration.
Staff is professional, WhatsApp is responsive during Business Hours and prices are reasonable for the workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store about two weeks ago to have my laptop checked (it totally shut down on me and I couldn't even turn it on, despite charging the laptop). I was in despair because I thought this might be the end of it but after browsing for places that could fix it, I came across AES IT in USJ. Thank goodness I did because the team managed to fix it (a motherboard problem) after I left it there for servicing. It didn't take much longer at all than I expected given my laptop situation for them to get back to me and I'm very pleased. The staffs were professional and patient in explaining some things to me and they were responsive as well. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey but given my laptop condition, plus it's almost a decade years old, I think it is rightfully affordable. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I do have any issues with my device, I know where to go now. Thank you for your service, AES IT team. ?
