It is really an eye-opening experience to work here because they provide us a well-organised learning and training session before we involved in real job environment. It is a good company for you to learn a new thing especially for those who really interested in Insurance / Takaful and IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fishy terms in employment contract e.g. unable to claim mc during probation period was not stated in employment letter. There was term mentioned agency got right to reduce MC or leave entitlement.
Also if you during probation, taking leave or MC will consider unpaid.
HR delayed EPF payment for 2 months and lied to you that have paid, HR is unenthical, sarcastic, not
respect people.
Also staff who resigned will getting hard time to get back the last salary.

They also encourage people to learn new methods and technologies to make them professionals in their respective areas.
Many of them who had left this company had informed that they stand out in their new company due to the learning at Aetins. Some of them do not find the same job satisfaction in the new company.

All staff have been forced by the HR to review in google and jobstreet. please dont trust the review more than 4 - 5 stars.
Never trust HR. (HR MANAGER).
Lie about EPF. didnt pay. Always pay late salary.
When staff resigned, the employee have to beg the HR to give their last month salary.
