★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bad experience with the travel agent the fist time when I did my inquiries on my ticket. The only good thing is that Ms. Tang assisted. However, given the first bad impression, I would not go back to this agent and have them manage my travel itinerary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would rate "0", if there is any option of "0" rating here. I booked my flight tickets via this agency during the MATTA fair. However, the customer service was terrible. Never pick up my call and return calls. After multiple follow-up calls and I managed to speak to the "manager". She was reluctant to provide any supports. Her tone and attitude in the phone conversation was bad. In fact, she raise her voice to me and not professional at all in the entire process.
