Then the way the management handled my questions later were even more unprofessional and the expensive quotes I had to choose from, were not even as costly, as the poor after sales service has become from doing business here. I will reconsider my options & take my business elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afcar Auto Penang is the best car dealer in town; i have sold my BMW 3 series to this company and so far their offer to buy price is the most reasonable and highest; their follow-up service is top-notch and the waiting time is short and making my life easier; i also have tested their new car and the experience is fantastic??Therefore i am confident to recommend anybody to this company for trade-in your car.
Ironically at first i was shock to see a couple of one-star review; but after i have encounter and dealt with them myself i am assured the one who gave a low rating is FAKE ACCOUNT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got cheated, service was bad and they were irresponsible. They don't deliver what they promised. They caused us to travel from KL to Penang several times. They promised to replace a part in the car interior but never did so till the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not a honest car seller, they tweak the mileage of their recond car to show lower mileage and told me the car is accident free so they can sell at higher price. i found that out from Scrut which i spent RM 50 to buy the car history record which show the car has very high mileage when it was in japan and hit by major accident in Japan..Avoid this dealer if you could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to share my experience recently my daughters just bought 2nd hand BMW 7series car from this shop and end up suffering because the car seller manager not ownership. Before brought over he told my daughter the car paint(blue) is original, meaning not painting before. When we broke it to car painting shop found that was painting before with bad workmanship. Worst thing is the car paint quality maybe can large for1yr only
So, i accompany my daughter visit Afcar Auto shop again. 1st visit the car seller manager agreed to do repainting on this car & 2nd.visited he told us they only pay RM1.5k & we have to absorbs the balance$ & must use thier car workshop panel. This is not reasonable .The manager always give 101 reasons just don't want bare the cost.There is also some other defects on this car which is there are still pending not repair it. I not recommend anybody to buy car from this shop because not ownership and this is my last time deal with shop. Very regret & disappointed with seller manager rough attitude.
