★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth service and efficient staff in KL main branch. Finish my business within 30 minutes with counselor name Liza. The front registration counter should be improved in PR. No smile at all to clients during que to take number especially that one indian lady. Those who came here mostly in depression, so is it difficult to ease them a bit with a smile?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here via Rapid KL, stopped by Sultan Ismail station then walked along the covered corridor coming down at the junction of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan TAR. Entrance is a few metres away via Maju Junction Mall office entrance where a police on duty always waits outside. No need to ask, just enter, then turn right to glass door to the lift deep inside and up to the 8th floor. Here, it gets a bit confusing because it appears you have to go through the "back door" to enter AKPK office via the car parking bay. There is no other way to enter the office directly like a typical office complex after coming out a lift. Come earlier than 9:00 am and you have to wait outside by the corridor until they start of allow you take your number. A point to note here is if you are coming for an appointment, make triple sure you bring ALL the necessary documents asked because they scrutinize it carefully and expect you to show them a DETAIL breakdown of your monthly expenses against your monthly earning. A walk-in is possible but my advise is to call them first and prepare yourself ready with all the documents they need to save you the hassle of coming again. They have a kiosk like the one at Bank Negara to print out your CCRIS and another for your KWSP statement which helps alot because for first timers, they want to see that slip. The officers are nice and polite, very professional. If they also serve you nasi lemak and kopi-o like some premium car service centre, I'll give them 5*> ?.
Update: Found another way is via a side entrance to a lift fronting the small roundabout in the compound at Jalan Sultan Ismail/Jalan TAR. If you plan to come by car, the most convenient parking area is the old Odean cinema parking ground: strategic, parking is plentiful and parking rate reasonable. I also just found out at the MYEG eservices website, there is an online app called CTOS score self-check where you can get a free CTOS basic report which might interest you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called numerous times on Friday 2nd October 2020 at 3.04pm but the calls never get through, so difficult to contact them. Just for a few questions do i have to travel all the way from Kajang to kuala lumpur paying toll, parking , petrol and time consuming. Very ineffective

Once apply as akpk "customer", all your credit cards will need to "surrender". Akpk consultant will guide u thru how to settle yr debts by installment.

But this morning, i called up to AKPK & spoken to Ms Ema abt my problem.she then helped me to key in on line my application & succesfully submitted. Tq to her & en Daniel for helping me?
