★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with this company for the past 1 year for our ESD application. We had paid the ESD application fee of RM4,500 somewhere in December 2020. Until to-date (22 December 2021), our ESD application is still pending - no news from them. Even when we call the PIC they don't bothered to assist us. Always ask us to check our email as to whether the government has submitted the email notification to us. It was such a nightmare to deal with them. I will never recommend their service to my friend/business counterpart.
