Very bad services , the staff was polite when u get maid from them . But the after service (maid problem) is very very bad, they din follow up. And there is a staff name K**en very bad attitude, talking impolite , Always deny what she have said before to customer, and then push the responsibility to customer.

Not recommended. Was engaging them to get a maid for my father. Paid deposit but unfortunately my dad passed away. My nightmares start when I asked for my refund. Need to keep pushing and constantly ask for status. Got my refund after 4 months.

Had the WORST experience with this agency.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Chronology : Confirmed our Indonesian maid's biodata in March 2017 with the agent (Karen) promising us it takes 3-4 months (June~July) to get the maid over. We were extremely desperate for a maid when we engaged HAZ because my baby's expected delivery date was 2nd Aug 2017, and one of the reason we picked their maid is because of Karen's promise, thus we proceed to immediately transact the requested 1st deposit of RM 8500 the very next day. No updates whatsoever for nearly 3 months after payment until I contacted Karen in June asking for an update and also to confirm that the maid arrival is still as promised . Even then her response was lukewarm and clearly not confident that the maid will make it in time. Since then, I contacted Karen on a weekly basis to expedite the process but to no avail. Worst still! coincidentally, my sister engaged Haz (in June) for a maid and so happen Karen sent the biodata of MY MAID to my sister for selection, and this is when I grew very suspicious and confronted Karen face-to-face for an explanation, and her only reason was that these mix up happens (which is not acceptable!) After a few back and forth phone calls to Karen regarding my maid, Karen finally told us that our candidate is no longer interested in coming to work as a maid, no documentation or passport was processed on the Indonesian side either and ask us to reconsider other candidates which would take another 2 months to process (NOTE THIS IS IN JULY!!!! WHICH MEANS WE WILL NOT HAVE A MAID DURING MY WIFE'S CONFINEMENT PERIOD!) Now, we have given up on Haz because Karen kept sending us garbage maid biodata who are either too old, or have inadequate working experience with newborn to fit the role of a maid we were looking for. After the most recent phone call requesting for a full refund since they have not produced any usable document or processing, they declined and demanded that a RM 1,000 refund penalty will be implemented. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE AGENSI PERKERJAAN HAZ S/B FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.
