★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One recruiter called for screening associate position and later one Indian manager called me to schedule interview. During the interview started unfortunately my connection wasn’t stable because I only have mobile data.
She told no problem and will reschedule on Monday but until now she never call me for reschedule. I keep messaged and called but she never respond.
And the recruiter said I was rejected because of poor communication. Whattt??? I was extremely disappointed. Just because I don’t have stable connection, I was rejected without giving chance!!!
Example on how recruitment agency shouldn’t be!!!
