★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse counter experience involving bank. Slow in service. There's a lot of aged citizens coming in, no initiative to add at least 1 assistant to guide in form filling. It took me 1 hour just to change the password of my dad's debit card. 1 freakin' hour! Plus, not to mentioned about the security guard doing his service today 10 Feb 2020, 10 am. Sitting down, playing phone and snoozing. Understand your role is just to 'guard' the facility but, to compare with other bank like BSN just beside the facility, they at least stand up and HELP. Talk about going extra mile for the smile of your customers!
