★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 尝试了这家“吧生式”的肉骨茶汤头味道不同于新山各家大牌或老店含有稀薄或者浓郁的药材香味结尾，只以个人角度评论，没有所谓的好不好吃或者习不习惯。
中午12点半抵达，只剩排骨，小骨，花肉和豆支豆薄,其它售完！
排骨花肉和小骨是一样的汤头，进口感觉单薄不腻并含骨肉之味香，下咽后残留着微甘口但带有酸尾的感觉，推测是橘皮之类的调味。炖熬时间掌控不错，3种肉质保留弹性但不需高嚼劲，也不带猪骚味！
美中不足是上桌时温度都偏低了，碗边汤残留了一小层熬出来的透明油脂。至于豆支豆薄汤头偏咸，可能是接近捞底数量不多了。
下次必须早点过来品尝猪肚粉肠和其它的部位，看看前锅和捞底的差别。

I tried this "basheng style" bak kut teh soup. The taste is different from that of the big or old stores in Johor Bahru, which contain thin or strong medicinal herbs. I only comment from a personal point of view, and there is no so-called good or bad taste or not used.
Arrived at 12:30 noon, only spare ribs, small bones, pork belly and bean sprouts are left, others are sold out!
Pork ribs with pork and small bones are the same soup. The taste is thin and not greasy when imported, and it has the flavor of bone and flesh. After swallowing, there is a slightly sweet but sour taste. It is presumed to be a flavoring such as orange peel. The simmering time is well controlled, and the 3 kinds of meat retain elasticity but do not require high chewiness and no pig smell!
The fly in the ointment was that the temperature was too low when serving, and there was a small layer of transparent grease left in the soup on the side of the bowl. As for the thin bean soup, the soup is too salty, it may be that there are not many fish near the bottom.
Next time, I must come earlier to taste the pork belly powder sausage and other parts, and see the difference between the front pot and the bottom.
