★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a set that comes with a fish of your choice/availability, a bowl of fish noodle and keropok. We had 2 kinds of fish, Ikan Kerisi (red fish) and Ikan Kembung. Both were very fresh ? The sambal goes very well together too.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shady road side curry fish noodle eating house in a friendly town. The usual customers have a close bond with the owners. It isn't strange to see them helping out while waiting for their own curry fish noodles.
On their own it's just very bland watery curry noodles, steamed fresh fish and a side of fish crackers. Combine them together, its perfect! These people know what there are doing, each ingredient not overpower each other. The sambal is delicious. A taste for everything and everything in it's taste.
Better come early, this place gets packed fast with people waiting for empty tables. A lone diner? Just share a table. It's not uncommon for 3 different customers sharing a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the restaurant here that serve their fish noodle differently from other states. Heard me say it is fish noodle....and you don't see any fish ball. The noddle is what normal everyone would have thought. But the fish really served as a whole fish. Noodle perhaps need to add more of the paste. The soup taste like the prawn noodle soup. The fish is fresh as I taste it. Well, should try it. Because as I mention, this is type of the serving they do here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing spectacular.. Yet, its one of the authentic food around this little town. Staple and convenient breakfast for locals and tourist alike, price has never gone up for the past decade.
Power packed with mackerel goodness, with crunchy crispy keropok. Other than that, the portion is so so with plain noodles and vegetables.
