★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When a customer picks AHD, indirectly means that the security of one’s house depend on that company itself!! Nonetheless, their staffs are great at engaging with the needs of a customer (only during hiring them for whole house) but once when the same customer requests for some upgrades and maintenance, they seem to be not bothered by it n keep giving excuses, rescheduling and prioritising on new jobs for obvious reason because it bring more benefit for the company.
I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months and yet nothing has been done!! Not bothered to get bck on d appointment date until I called up n giving excuses n rescheduling when I’ve made all d arrangements to fit to their schedule..
What’s the point of hiring a company where they can’t attend to your safety n security needs? Very disappointing n stressful.. (ie: m giving 5 star so that it appears at d top) update aft work done - Now after waiting for 3 months, u came in to give this type of job!! how can someone on earth install d sensor like that on d screen.. seriously u call urself a specialist when ur work is simply so silly!! n to correct this I hv to again keep explaining n make u understand that’s it’s unacceptable n m waiting for another 3 weeks!!
