โ โ โ โ โ One of the underrated restaurant.
Tasty asam pedas and other food as well.
Really recommended for those who seek good food in Malacca, before going back to KL or JB from Ayer Keroh Toll.

โ โ โ โ โ Being a Penangite who are normally fussy about foods and despite the mix reviews, I still went there with my family. We ordered Nyonya Laksa which was tasteful, Lamb Chop with generous amount of black pepper sauce which my daughter loves it and for myself the Asam Pedas which was just average. Good place, nice and clean. Service and staff is also ok. Price is slightly above average.

โ โ โ โ โ Asam pedas gravy is very thick (which is very good) but it wasn't hot โน๏ธ. Sambal belacan is spicy and goooood!
First time i taste Laksa Nyonya, its quite unique ?. I thought it was like curry gravy. The yellow gravy is like kuah lontong in Johor but the taste is totally different, it have sweetness flavour of the fresh and big prawns. I wished the bunga kantan put more kick but end up not much effect.
If the asam pedas were served hot, it deserved a 4 star at least. ?
Not much menu to our liking here but oklah since it is affordable. Kedai pun bersih.

โ โ โ โ โ Delicious muslim owned baba nyonya cuisine. The Pongteh chicken & Rendang Ayam is awesome & IMHO is a-must-try. The Asam Pedas Tetel quite good also. Portion is super big, and reasonably price also. Ample parking space, easy to find. Recommended.

Had 'Nasi Ganja', 'Asam Pedas Ikan' with plain rice & carbonara spaghetti.
Nasi Ganja was quickly served. It was marvelous. Personally, I think it's second to Ipoh's nasi ganja or Kg Melayu Penang's nasi kandar. Good portion & taste. Best if can be served with freshly fried chicken and extra papadom โญโญโญโญ
Carbonara spaghetti was good, with thick butter gravy/sauce. It was served right after I'd finished eating the first dish. The taste is quite similar to 'corn-in-cup' mixed with condensed milk. The butter smell still lingers until midnight โญโญโญ
The asam pedas served shortly after the spaghetti. Special request (extra ladyfingers) fulfilled. It was tasty & thick (similar to claypot style), but still can't beat the original asam pedas cooked by the locals, with fresh seafood(s). Travellers like us only have such a limited time to try each of the signature-local delicacies. Serving us with the best & fresh foods will be greatly appreciated โญโญโญ
The place is peaceful, decorated with colorful artistic murals (I think) and it was easy to find parking lot around here. The place looks clean โญโญโญโญ
The price is quite on the high side for M40s. Considering the challenges of the current pandemic & economic uncertainties, I think it's quite justified โญโญโญ
