★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah teres 2 tingkat yg bersih dan lengkap dgn peralatan asas seperti rumah biasa. Cuma dalam rumah terasa bahang panas yang mmg agak ketara. Kipas mcm tak terasa langsung..hanya satu bilik saja yg dipasang pendingin hawa yg agak kecil. Tuan rumah kalau boleh sediakan tilam dan bantal ekstra jika ada penyewa yg datang dengan ahli keluarga yg ramai. Ni mmg cukup satu sorang bagi setiap kapasiti katil.
2 storey terrace house that is clean and complete with basic equipment like a regular house. Only in the house feels the heat that is quite noticeable. The mcm fan does not feel directly..only one room is fitted with a relatively small air conditioner. The landlord can provide extra mattresses and pillows if there are tenants who come with many family members. This is enough for one person per bed capacity.
