I'm a student from USM, and our dormitory also uses your product. It's clean and nice. But I suggest your company to do better training on your workers.
Yesterday your workers arrived in my dorm's room without informing us beforehand. I was taking a bath then, so I told them to wait for me for a while. That was not the big deal, maybe the fault is on USM. The problem is during the time waiting, they kept chating and laughing out "loud" outside my room. They also started to knock other rooms door "loud". As I know some of the rooms are even empty, so of course no one would ever reply to them. There are about 100 students living in that block, and it was in the morning, maybe some students are still in bed. It's really "annoying" of you guys.
At last, the curtain you provide is clean and nice, but I hope you can improve your service and attitude. That's it.
