โ โ โ โ โ Made a mistake in name while booking online, manage to address this issue here as AA's online chat and call in centre is not reliable at all, fb chat just got a hi and no reply after that and can never call in. I believe its not as crowded as the others, saving time. Its located on the 2nd floor of metro kajang.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible, they posted that I can enter Philippines without a visa if my stay was for 30 days. I had to buy a new ticket just to make it works. I had invitation ledger, PCR test done, all the health pass and even check in online.
At the airport yesterday morning at 5:45 am I was told I cannot fly coz I do not have a visa. Showed the staff their policy and she told me it's not valid. So my ticket was burned twice.now trying to salvage my second sector. Manila to Bacolod.

โ โ โ โ โ Not helpful at all. Didn't even try to give solution to customer for problems encountered due to AIRASIA itself reschedule my flight. Extremely poor service. They said they couldn't do anything for my connecting flight. When I contacted AVA, even though it take quite some time and several attempts to reach an operator, they easily solved my problem. What's the point of physical agent if anything can be solved with virtual agent? They literally have no function at all being at counter for customer service.
