★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get nice and refreshing toddy (coconut wine) in Johor Bahru. Opening hours as of March 2020 are 1030am-3pm daily. The shop is very basic, not for those who looking for a decent hang out place. however, the shop looks rustic and it is a fantastic 100 year old building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a locally operated country Liquor Bar.....Alcohol is made form Coconut. No proper seating arrangements here. few chairs and stone slabs as Table. Cheapest in Johor. Operated by an South-Indian Origin guy. It does not taste Bitter and taste like Barley drinks but it does give strong kicks. Special extra kick variety is also available. Just RM3 for 500 ml glass. U can ask for ice cubes if you want it cold but normally served warm.
Warning: 1. Not to go with female companions as crowd is not that good. If you want to enjoy with female companions you can get it bottled from there and enjoy in your Hotel Room.
2. Timings everyday from 10am to 4 pm only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of The Oldest Toddy Shop at Johor Bahru since 1920. Toddy price worth the flavour, jovial service. Per bottle RM12. They also have special toddy which is RM20 that haves an extra kick. Open from 10:30am till 3pm. Come along with friends have and have some fun. Only toddy can bring outside food??.
U could do take away as the salesperson will fill up the toddy in a big mineral bottle❤️. Toddy is good for health❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to be on a warm day or any other day. They serve very refreshing Palm Wine also known as Toddy/ kallu in tamil. You can request for ice cubes as well. I was amazed by how the places looked so vintage. Don't expect some high class bar... Please do support this historical place as it has been there before 1960s. The owner is really friendly. Do give it a try! And its really cheap... rm 8 for a jug and rm3 for a mug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place that you can find old shop that only serve coconut wine( Tuak Kelapa) 椰花酒 in town since 1920. One full mug of wine cost only RM3 per serve and it is really nice. Even though the interior is just simple but you will feel the old style feeling of 1920. Only few chairs and tables classic arrangement inside the shop without any fancy design or decorations. Personally I love it.

Prices have increased and I noticed a lot more people are starting to know if this place and it sells out pretty early sometimes.
I always enjoyed a few jugs before getting some take away.
